Stephen joined FFT Education as its LA Programme Manager. He works closely with local authorities, sharing good practice and advising how FFT Aspire can support LAs in their role as Champions for Children and Young People. Stephen is responsible for the quality and content of the national training programme.

Heidi currently works supporting Local Authorities, academy chains and schools in the best use of estimate and assessment data. She has a wealth of educational data and management experience gained across a number of organisations.
