FFT terms & policies
Information security
FFT manages the secure processing and analysis of data for over 8 million students in 25,000 schools. Our information security processes are externally audited and FFT has certifications for ISO27001 (the international standard for information security) and Cyber Essentials Plus (the UK government standard for information security). We store, process and manage all data in the UK at Amazon Web Services’ data centre in London.
Terms
FFT’s standard Terms of Use apply to all schools using FFT's Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and services.
FFT Aspire (England and Wales) Terms and Conditions
For schools, local authorities, academy trusts and diocese using FFT Aspire in England and Wales.
FFT SaaS Terms and Conditions
For all other FFT platforms and services including: FFT Aspire (international schools), FFT Value Added Service, FFT Tutoring with the Lightning Squad, FFT Success for All Phonics (including Year 2 programme, Routes to Reading and Spelling with Jungle Club), FFT Reading Assessment Programme, FFT Reciprocal Reading and other FFT Literacy Programmes.
