Salesforce Support Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesforce Analyst to join our internal Salesforce team. You will work with our Salesforce Administrator to ensure users and business functions are supported efficiently, that users are able to make use of all the available Salesforce features, and that our Salesforce instance is effectively maintained. You will be working across both the Sales and Service Clouds, alongside other data integrations and technologies.

You will be self-motivated, passionate about technology with the ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies.
Customer Success Advisor
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident people who are passionate about their customers to join and support FFT's growing Customer Success Team.
Reporting to one of our Customer Success Managers and with support and mentoring from the wider Customer and Operations team, you will be involved in the full customer journey, ensuring customers realise value and results from the products we provide.
Working initially remotely from home, with the option of either fully remote, hybrid or office based working (in Cowbridge, South Wales, once we are able to safely reopen), with the choice of either full time (37.5 hours per week) or term time contracts.
