Developing PRIMARY Subject Leadership – Using FFT Aspire to evaluate English and Maths in your school
Key stage 2
During this highly focussed three-hour session, you will work from your own extended dashboard to learn how FFT Aspire can be used to evaluate the performance of these two key subjects within your school.
Using a mixture of presentations and activities, our expert adviser will guide you through each report to demonstrate how they enable a thorough analysis of each subject – including the performance of the subject as a whole, the performance of individual pupil groups and the performance of disadvantaged pupils.
By the end of the session, you will have identified any subject strengths and any areas for development to be included in your subject’s development plan. You will also have a greater understanding of how FFT Aspire can support you in the leadership and management of literacy and numeracy back at school.
This briefing is suitable for all leaders in Primary schools with responsibility for either Literacy or Numeracy.
During this course you will:
Explore key reports within Aspire
Help you to interpret subject performance data
Identify how to determine subject strengths, and areas for development
Provide a greater understanding of how FFT Aspire can support you in the leadership and management of individual subjects back at school.
